King Parrot & Jesse Leach (Killswitch Engage - DJ set) with Dead City Ruins

Tickets $25 + BF from Oztix / $30 on door if available. Doors 8.00pm - 3.00am.

Eureka Rebellion Trading & Bowery are proud to present King Parrot and Jesse Leach from Killswitch Engage (playing at DJ set) at the Gasometer on Saturday 24th January with special guests.

King Parrot will be playing their last Melbourne show before they record the new album. They will be fresh off their "Punk Rock But Kinda Not" North American tour. After supporting some of the worlds best metal acts like Obituary, Testament, Kvelertak and Carcass and drawing praise from the likes of Phil Anselmo and Chuck Billy, its easy to see why they’re making a name for themselves. They’ve solidified themselves at the top of the heap of extreme bands in Australia after scoring spot on the 2014 Soundwave line-up, winning The Age Newspaper – Best Heavy Album Award and The Cherry Bar/Jagermeister Act of the Year award in 2013.

Jesse Leach is a Grammy Nominated American musician & writer from New York, and is best known as being the current lead vocalist of the metal band Killswitch Engage. As well as currently being involved with the projects Times of Grace & The Empire Shall Fall, his past bands include the rock n roll/stoner/ blues band Seemless, the melodic hardcore band Nothing Stays Gold and the dark hardcore metal hybrid Corrin.
