Divinyls Reworked album launch featuring Remi, Vaudeville Smash, Jade MacRae, Tré Samuels, DJ Skomes, DJ Mimi, Hollabak Dancers & more.

Tickets $10 on door. Doors 8.00pm

Creamy Spies presents the launch of the much anticipated compilation album, ‘Divinyls Reworked’, coming at you live and interactive from The Gasometer with an exciting audio/visual showcase of selected artists performing their tracks off the ‘Divinyls Reworked’ compilation album. Among artists reworking classic Divinyls tracks with a soulful spin, is Australia’s favourite MC, Remi, with his take on ‘I Touch Myself’. The boys from Vaudeville Smash sonically flip ‘Science Fiction’, whilst Jade MacRae’s interpretation of the Divinyls classic, ‘Casual Encounter’, sits perfectly beside ‘Asphyxiated’ from teen crooner, Tré Samuels. With DJ Skomes and Mimi heating up the decks and dancer Robot Girl in attendance, this is one not to miss!

‘Divinyls Reworked’ is part celebration of genre cross-pollination and part tribute to the great Australian rock n roll band lead by the fearless Chrissy Amphlett. Proceeds from the night will be donated to Breast Cancer Network and MS Society.
