Lip Sync Chicks with Kit Warhurst & Robert Muinos

Tickets $8 on the door. Doors 8.00 PM

Convened by Andy Campbell, long-time guitar player with Jim Lawrie and Box Rockets, Lip Sync Chicks were formed in late 2016, with the idea of playing a reduced, urbane guitar music that’s loud, dynamic, street and smart. Lip Sync Chicks will make their live debut with the launch of their first single, ‘Bad Time Child’ at the Gasometer (Upstairs) on Friday April 28. Supporting is Kit Warhurst (famed for his work with seminal Melbourne rock band Rocket Science) and Robert Muinos, known for his American slow-jam songwriting and his guitar playing with Saskwatch and Dorsal Fins. Jim Lawrie will spin tunes between sets and after. Doors 8pm, tickets $8 on the door.
