HEXDEBT would like to acknowledge that this event, as well as the creation of our music, takes place on stolen Indigenous land. We pay our respect to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation as the custodians of the land on which we work. Sovereignty was never ceded and treaties have not been signed.
Everyone’s favourite night EVER (to be) is taking over The Gaso this Cup Day Eve and our favourite artists are putting on the show for you with us!
HEXDEBT care about a few things in particular: one of them is that the spaces we inhabit feel safe and welcoming and that the artists performing alongside us help to create this. Another thing we care about is recognising our marginalised audiences and ensuring they come away from our shows feeling encouraged and empowered. We also care that the music is good.
HEXFEST is how we envision the music scene: HEXFEST asks you to leave colonial, binary and backward thinking at the door (or in the bin).
